I’m keeping my P.O.Box at 239 Almont , MI 48003 as Almont is still my home town.

Dryden Road is a nicely paved., no more driving thru the mud and manure on this road. Although I’ll miss this  old farm house with the dear memories it holds of raising my four children, the visits with my loving Mother in law over plants and recipes, my greenhouse, flower barn, the soil….As God would  have it He has Blessed me with much more than I ever could have asked for.

My family and dear friends have surrounded me with their help and love, this move has been covered with grace and ease.  It brings me to tears of joy when I think of the support and love that has been poured out on me and my children.

The rebuilding of a greenhouse and flower studio is more than exciting! I look forward to our visits.  We’re off to an new adventure  in flowers and herbs.  You’ll find the new location to be very welcoming; peacefilled, a beautiful setting with easy access for your convience. A freshly poured cement walk  greets you. The shaded porch will be all set  to sit a spell and relax while  you enjoy a complimentary glass of herbal iced tea. Truly a retreat if but for a moment.

There’s much planting to be done but what a wonderful way for me to spend the first summer at my new home/flower and herb farm ..sigh….

How does one move a farm? Bit by bit, plant by plant, inch by inch….. Prayer by Prayer!! God’s timing has been amazing with His timing of the work crews and the weather. It’s coming together nicely. I’m setting up shop with plenty of lighting, class space nice walks, retail space

This would not be possible without the encouragement, love and the tremendous amounts of help I’m am experiencing from so many dear friends and family. 

I look forward to my new life in a much more peaceful place. I know you’ll enjoy it too.  I’ll be opening mid May at 16209 Dryden Rd.

Going thru my pics this a.m. I found it… we have gotten so much joy from this beautiful  fall floral art created for a Four County Foundation event at Seven Ponds. It’s  a mixture of  farm fresh and locally grown hot house flowers. Hope it puts  a smile on your face too.

THANK YOU!!!!Your encouragement, love and support through 2011 has touched me more than I can say. It was a wonderful year in many ways. I wish I could  reach out and hug each and everyone of you. I give you this pic of these lovely white roses amist my cluttered studio as a visiual gift of my love for you.

I am making plans for a move and will keep you abreast of all changes.  My business is up and running well ( thanks to my many dear customers who believe in me)  I am currently taking reservations for weddings and special events. June is filling fast and plans are underway for plantings of zinnias, cosmos, lavender, sunflowers, think of me as your personal custom florist with that farm fresh twist!

More than ever I believe in true love and faith!!  I hope you all are blessed as much as I am. I wish you peace and joy in this new year.  And  again I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your well wishes and concern. I am well and will be well due to my dear friendships and loving family and you who have encouraged me every step of the way.

Health and Fitness is the focus of this event…I’ll have a booth offering  potted rosemary with recipes for the yummies. I’ll share how to handle the fresh cut herbs and chat about culinary techniques.

Its been an amazing ride for me. The year has flown by. Filled with many life lessons, much laughter and many tears. Beauty and fragrance… Peace.. inner peace over flowing .

I Thank My Almighty God for the Blessings of my family and dear friends who have encircled me with love and encouragement in abundance throughout this year. I am Blessed. My cup runneth over…. I pray the same Blessings for You! May this be a year you see a full harvest of all the seed you have been sowing. God Bless You with all your hopes and dreams along with the faith to make them come true.

 Matt. 19:26 … With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.. (how many things? with God ALL things are possible.)

 I had an amazing visit with a dear friend today. We  spent hours creating… she worked on a lovely wreath and I worked on a rush order of silks.  not my usual media but OMG  how lovely they are.  Beautiful silks poinsettias with glitz and glitter. My studio floor is all aglow not to mention its all over me. LOL 

Back to the point of this post.. Friendship… treasure it. It will sustain you through this ruppled up amazingly beautiful life! Cherish it. Hug that dear friend tell her you love her or him. Enjoy meals together.. homemade lentile soup brought by a friend for lunch infront of a woodstove… laughter through tough times, I am Blessed! Thank you, Cynthia I’m tired can you tell? night all

I just began my facebook link. Please pop over and see what’s up. That seems to be the place for me to push shamelessly the promotion of my products… Here I’ll keep it to my ramblings about my farmgirl life style. The last post just felt out of place here. I enjoy sharing about my products but it just doesn’t seem to fit with the vein of things here. So I’ll link :} Social media can keep one hopping… I will try to get it all in balance. Face Book, Blog, Etsy…I know, I know, people sell from their blogs all the time… but this feels like sacred ground to me sometimes. Like I shouldn’t mucky it up with a commercial.

You need to know as I’ve been walking it out this past 12 months with the divorce  I have found great strength and creativity in the land. More than ever before. As my future gets wrapped up soon where ever my God plants me I will continue  my lifes work and live at peace within. The Blessings of inner peace… joy…. contentment …VERY REAL!   These are PRICELESS Gifts from God above and no man or woman can take it away unless I allow it. No man can touch that unless you allow him/her too. yep to swallow  I know. but its true.

I have no regrets. I am where I’m at within,  because of the many things I’ve gone through I’ve learned how to pray! Seriously prayer works! I highly reccommend it for every sitiuation.  And I choose to walk daily in forgiveness. I am human I get mad and angry but  it takes a lot of energy, both physical and emotional, to deal with so I reach for forgivenesss, as they know not what they do.

I have missed writing and it wasn’t possible for a long time because of the deep heart ache. But here I am. God Bless you during this Christmas Season. Remember to keep’ r simple and to Seek Him Within The Chaos. Must run lots of flowers this week ….
