Lavender fest today

The festival is today. My heart is here at the farm. The crew got the studio cement floor poured yesterday! We walked on it last night. Feels great! Now the sides need to go up. Next week…

Joan asked the above question. I e-mailed a reply but thought it would be good to share here. This enamel pot is mentioned in an earlier post about storing fresh lettuce in the refrigerator. You can usually find these where they carry canning supplies. I would try your local hardware or grocery store.

Mail box flowers

Bishop Wedding Flowers

The “Shocking Lily” was the star of the center pieces and the bridal bouquet. The bride wore an ivory gown with black beading and embroidered lace. She was honestly one of the most beautiful brides I’ve seen.
