Today is ‘Gathering Day”!

Dilly Beans            
 
Trim and wash beans leaving whole. Pack beans length wise into clean jars leaving 1/2 “ head space. Pack tightly.
 
TO EACH PINT ADD (double if using quart jars)
 
¼ teaspoon cayenne paper
1 clove garlic
1 head dill
 
COMBINE   (these ingredients are enough for 4 pints. Adjust according to your amount of filled jars)

We’ve just switched over from another server. Over the past few months we’ve had so much frustration. If it rained… if it was sunny….  the wind blew yada-yada.
