Holiday Cranberry Relish

Holiday Cranberry Relish
 
1-3 oz strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar (may use ½ cup for a tarter relish)
1-12 oz. package fresh cranberries 
2 large oranges with peel 
1-8oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup walnuts  optional

It’s Dressed!

The sun-pit has a new plastic, which was built early spring  2004, so this plastic really has held up well.   I’m so grateful to the 6 teens four of which are mine, made it happen. I rewarded them with homemade deep-fried tacos today. Yummy but very fatting.

 Hi! Lots going on trying to hunker down for the winter. I was really hoping for some warm November weather but it looks like the highest will be 40 this week. Have the Ag Science Class coming Thrusday to help out with the sun-pit.
