Despite the mess,the lack of oven and counters, my daughter,Randi, saw this project though. She made a cardboard template, mixed the cookie dough by the phone center, baked the cookies next door and decorated these lovely sweet things as a birthday gift for a dear friend. Didn’t they trun out pretty and yummy!

Our kitchen one week ago. These old houses are full of surprises. It’s the antique insulation spilling out all over everything. We stuffed it back in as best we could and moved on.
