Woke feeling rested and ready to greet the day. (went to bed at 9:30) makes such a difference for me…
Coffee with raw milk.
Out to the garden, everything is very wet from yesterday’s rain. The zinnias are opening despite the coldness. Picked basil and one zinnia for my sink. Must weed and plant clover today.

Busy busy busy. so many things happening here at once. Had a swarm of honey bees begin a hive in our maple tree just outside our sidedoor. They’re high enough that we’re not bothered by them. Grateful to have them here tending the flowers and such. It’s very relaxing watching them work.
