Chop & mix fresh rosemary & thyme and olive oil in a zip lock bag to marinate bite size pieces of chicken overnight, stir fry in hot olive oil till done. Chill then toss onto salads for a fresh yummy salad.

We use sustainable methods of farming our flowers & herbs for farm fresh flower arrangements. (posting list soon)
We recyle vases & containers for our arrangements.
We compost all scraps: stems & leaves, old blooms etc… to our huge compost heap that we then use in the gardens south of our sun pit greenhouse.
