Just to Cheer
I’m on another vaca in Tennesee with Leann. It’s been a very relaxing trip. Just what I needed as I go into to my planting season next week with the sun pit, (on auto). Above is a pic taken last fall at The Mill (my fav coffee spot) by owner Debra.
Like you, I have been in place of prayer and reflection with the earthquake hitting. We’re in difficult times. We all must do what we can to love one another through this period of history. Our Almont Vineyard Church is represented there with Mercy Ministries. I ‘ll seek more info on this to share with you, let me know your thoughts.
I’ve been seeking inspiration on this trip for fresh design and home & garden products For Country Blooms. antique, repurpose, farm fresh, classic timeless design is what I’m seeing here too. It’s been a lovely trip away for the reality of our world. Wonderful lunch at Dumplins in Franklin, Tenn. with Leann & Martha. New southern recipes! I have gotten some of my best recipes on my visits with family down here. Must subscribe to Southern Living!! It’s been an inspiration to me for several years now with my trecks south.
Today Sue with Terry,owner of Enchanted Makeovers, is on in the Martha Stewart audience. I’m hoping it’s live. Another day of reflection and packing as I’ll be off tomorrow to see the men at deer camp. I’m in need of some nature and visiting with my four brothers. Hope they don’t mind ’sister’ invading their space for a couple days, ha!
