Includes explanation of the basic design, resources, costs, soils, heat mass, choosing location, discussion on plantings, winter growing and care,  sun pit shelf growing vs.  floor and more.

The wonderful thing about our design is the simple, easy-going, low maintenance it allows while providing  a sustainable green lifestyle.

Come expecting a real life tour. No bells and whistles here. Maybe a spider or toad. I personally will share about my own growing experience in a sun pit greenhouse over the past five years,  such as why we have lavender stalks, 3 foot,  blooming in  November.

You’ll recieve a  basic handout with resources and one organic fresh herb bundle from the sun pit greenhouse along with ’herb it up’  recipes.

 You should also know I am tongue-tied when it comes to Latin names! I don’t even try.

I do  have a master gardening certificate, along with gardening for 40 plus years. Sun Pit gardening since 2004
